These Terms & Conditions govern your purchase and use of AjonBill software, operated by Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. By buying or using the software you agree to these terms.
On payment, you receive a licence to use the software on one domain for the period you purchase (or lifetime, if purchased). The licence is for your own business use. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, rent or share the software or your licence key without our written permission.
The software, its source code, design and branding remain the intellectual property of Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited. Purchasing a licence does not transfer ownership of the software to you.
Licences are billed per the plan you choose. Time-limited licences must be renewed before expiry to keep add-on features active; the base software continues to let you access your data. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases. Taxes (GST) apply as per law and are shown on your invoice.
You agree not to: use the software for any unlawful purpose; attempt to tamper with, remove, bypass or reverse-engineer the licensing or branding; or use the software to infringe anyone's rights.
Additional features (add-ons) are optional and separately priced. They activate only after payment and remain active for the licence period.
We aim for high availability of the licensing platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The installed software continues to work within its licence period, including offline for the supported grace period.
The software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dream Blend Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or any loss of data or profits, arising from the use or inability to use the software. You are responsible for keeping regular backups and for verifying your tax calculations and filings. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the licence in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate a licence that violates these terms. On termination, your right to use the software ends, but you may export your data.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at our registered place of business.
