AjonBill sells digital software licences only. No physical goods are shipped and no shipping charges apply.
1. How you receive your purchase
- As soon as the payment gateway confirms your payment, your licence key, software download (for your hosting and, where available, the Windows app) and installation guide appear in My Account.
- The same details are sent to your registered email address.
- Add-ons and renewals are added to your existing licence instantly; the software picks them up on its next licence check (or click Re-check licence inside the software).
2. Delivery time
Delivery is normally instant. If a payment needs manual confirmation (for example a bank transfer or UPI payment), delivery happens within 24 hours of confirmation, on working days.
3. Installation service
If you ask us to install the software for you, we schedule it within 2 working days after you share access details for your hosting or computer.
4. Did not receive it?
Please check your spam folder and My Account. If it is still missing, email info@ajonbill.com with your order number and we will resolve it within one working day.
