When you purchase a licence or create an account, we collect: your name, business name, email address, mobile number, and the domain on which you will install the software. If you make a payment, it is processed by our payment gateway partners (such as Razorpay/PayU/CCAvenue); we do not store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
We use your information to: create and manage your licence; deliver your licence key and related emails; provide customer support; process renewals and referrals; and, with your consent, send you offers and product updates.
The billing data you enter inside the installed software (your customers, invoices, stock, etc.) is stored on your own hosting and database. We do not access, read or store your business records. If you use our optional Server Sync/backup feature, an encrypted-at-rest copy of your backup is stored only to let you restore it — you control when it is uploaded.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to run the website securely. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share information only with service providers needed to run our service (payment gateways, email delivery), and only as required by law.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including secure connections (HTTPS) and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work hard to protect your information.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing us. We will respond within a reasonable time.
