Installation guide AjonBill Mobile / Computer Shop

Before you start

• A hosting with PHP 8.1+ and MySQL / MariaDB (Hostinger, cPanel, CloudPanel…), or a Windows 10/11 PC for the offline app.
• Your licence key and the software zip from My account.

A) Install on your domain (Hostinger / cPanel)

1. Create a database and a user in your hosting panel (note the name, user and password).
2. Open File Manager → public_html of your domain, upload the zip and Extract it there.
3. Open your domain in the browser. The setup screen opens: enter the database details, business name and admin login, then click Install.
4. Log in, open Tools & Settings → Licence, paste your licence key and click Verify. Your plan starts today and your add-ons switch on.

B) Windows offline app

1. Download the Windows app from your account and unzip it (e.g. D:\AjonBill).
2. Double-click AjonBill.vbs. The first start finishes setup by itself (internet needed once).
3. Fill business and admin details, then enter the licence key under Licence. Billing works without internet; data uploads to the server automatically when internet is available.

Renewal & add-ons

• Only the yearly plan is renewed. Add-ons are bought once and stay for life.
• Renew or buy add-ons from My account or inside the software (Add-ons / Licence). It switches on instantly after payment.
